Westfab obtained their
ISO 9001 registration to the latest standard of Version 2000 which primarily
focuses on Customer Satisfaction, Management Responsibility, and Process
Control. Westfab has standardized all inspection processes to compliment the
semi-automated Statistical Process Control program which monitors all CTF's
(Critical To Function) dimensions. Process Control Metrics have been
established for each organizational unit and Quality Assurance continually
monitors to ensure that the objectives are being met. Quality Assurance is
factored into every process step where data is collected and analyzed for any
required corrective actions.
